traveling on saturday may be painful. our flight is actually at 6:20 in the morning... does that mean we have to get to the airport by 4:20am? good gravy!

my brother flew to london on thursday, the day they hightened all the security. it sucks for those people, because they didn't know about it before getting to the airport, so they were forced to throw away a lot of stuff. since he was flying to london, not only was he not allowed to bring any electronics, or even carry-ons (not even a purse for girls, or shoulder bag or anything for guys... just their wallets), but his flight got delayed for more than 7 hours. so he was stuck in the airport with nothing but a wallet for more than 10 hours (got to the airport 3 hrs early). horrible!

by the way, i refuse to let them to take away my chapstick. i cannot survive without it! i am going to find a way to sneak it in. maybe tape it to my body or something. i can just see the headlines... "girl arrested for sneaking chapstick on plane." ok, i'll probably just stick it in my pocket when i walk through the security lines. they're not depriving me of my chapstick!

so people already think we're crazy that we're letting eric be our tour guide. so the other day, i was im'ing with him, and he asked if we wanted to go sailing. i thought that might be kind of fun, so i asked him who would take us. he said, "me." i said, no, i mean who would be sailing the boat? he said, "me."
