starting yesterday, my knee started feeling SO much better. i can finally walk without a limp, and i'm starting to get my full extension back. looks like the cortisone is finally kicking in. i can still tell that something physically changed in my knee, but at least the effects/pain from it has subsided. i'm still totally puzzled by what caused my knee to flare up like that, especially since i was literally sitting on the couch when it happened. anyway, i'll see what the doctor says tomorrow.
